Katie & Bryan Married

This was quite possibly the most beautiful wedding I have photographed yet!! From the first time I browsed Katie's Pinterest wedding board after she hired me, I was hooked -- her style and attention to detail had me giddy with excitement to fly to San Antonio and capture her and Bryan's wedding day! Their vintage and Mexican themed wedding took place on the Riverwalk at the Hotel Contessa, and even despite the insane heat, I'd say their big day was AMAZING and that my first experience with an out-of-state wedding was a huge success. :) They ended their day with a private cruise down the river in a tour boat, and I got to sneak aboard to capture the moment. Photographing the bride & groom together after all of their festivities were over was so blissful and relaxing... an absolutely PERFECT way to end their wedding day!! A huge THANK YOU to Katie & Bryan for including me in your wedding day! The two of you are perfect for one another -- and I wish you all the best in your life together. ♥

I loved this gift that Katie made for each of her nieces, who were her beautiful flower girls. Embroidered handkerchiefs that belonged to great-grandmothers, that read: "Today you are young, but the years will pass by, and you'll soon be a bride in the blink of an eye. So here is something for the day you will say I need something old on my wedding day." HOW SWEET IS THAT?!
