Mandy & John | Minneapolis Engagement

When my husband and I got married almost 5 years ago, we moved to Minneapolis into the most charming four-unit apartment building by Lake Nokomis. In the craziness of our moving in, amid boxes everywhere and wet paint on the walls, the sweetest girl with an equally sweet (freshly-made) loaf of banana bread knocked on our door to extend a welcome to the building. Her bright smile alongside the cutest neighborly gesture is something I've always been grateful for, and Mandy immediately made my hubby and I feel even more excited about moving to the "Big City". Since then, we had the pleasure of getting to know her and her fiance John - together they make one of the kindest and most adventurous couples I know. They have since moved to North Dakota and I couldn't be more thrilled that I get to travel to the U.S./Canadian border this fall for what is sure to be one of the most welcoming and fun weddings I've ever photographed!
